Emotions and sensations coming: the province of Brescia hosts, Sunday, Sept. 22, the Marathon of Water: a sporting event individual and couples on what the organization calls “The 42.195 km Italy’s most beautiful.”
Prizes will be awarded all of the company from outside the region with a minimum of 15 members including marathon and marathon in individual pairs (prizes in kind). Prizes will be awarded also the first company 5 with the greatest number of members (prizes in kind).
In addition, all companies will be gifted of a free membership every 10 participants in the Marathon individual (not combined with the marathon in pairs) and a free membership every 10 bookings in pairs.

Rovereto, in Trento province, is home to 17 to 25 August, the new edition of the Mozart Festival, the largest event dedicated to the Austrian genius.

13 to 15 and 20 to 22 September, 2013 in Casale Monferrato (Alessandria) –
Casale Monferrato hosts the “Monferrato Wine Festival”: in two weekends, from 13 to 15 and 20 to 22 September, the traditional Italian festival offers a look at wine and typical products, accompanied by entertainment and concerts at the Market Pavia, the Castle and the old town.
The Italian hills come alive for the most important moment of the agricultural season in Monferrato: the harvest. Hard work is meaningful, because it will give life, with the new year, the birth of some of the finest and most appreciated wines in the world.
The Wine Festival, will once again be the privileged showcase these strengths, opportunities to those who participate to be able to taste and appreciate the wealth of country.
At Pavia Market in Piazza Castello over 20 Pro Loco of the area will present their menu, which can be tasted under large tensile structures with more than 2,500 seats.

August 31-September 1st, 2013 in Cocconato d’Asti –
Cocco… Wine, consolidated event organized by Go Wine Monferrato with the support and collaboration of the City of Cocconato, is back from 31 August to 1 September.
The beauties of the town will be enhanced in two days of celebration through tastings and insights, guests and music that will invade the historic center once again confirming the tourist, the quality wine-growing and wine-making ambitions of what is known historically as the “Riviera of Monferrato”
Saturday, August 31 (from 17 to 24) and Sunday September 1 (from 16 to 20), the center will host the tables for tasting wines and typical products of the companies of Cocconato, Monferrato and visiting delegations.
The event, which saw increasing results in terms of public and exhibiting companies, represents an opportunity to enhance the wine-growing territory of Cocconato and the typical products that are part of the heritage of this land.
The six wineries Cocconato, along with some guests will fill the tasting table set up along Via Roma: a virtual wine route, in which the samples will be alternated tastings of typical products.
August 28 to September 7, 2013 in Venice
A great classic turns 70: the International Exhibition of the Venice Film Festival is approaching the seventh decade with the usual baggage of expectations, previews and worldliness.
The 70. Venice International Film Festival, organized by La Biennale di Venezia, will be held at the Lido di Venezia from August 28 to September 7, 2013, directed by Alberto Barbera.
The Festival wants to promote the knowledge of international cinema in all its forms of art, entertainment and as an industry, in a spirit of freedom and dialogue. The Show retrospectives and homages to major figures as a contribution to a better knowledge of the history of cinema.
Gravity, the new, highly anticipated movie directed by Alfonso Cuarón, starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney, opens the exhibition.
July 30 to September 1, 2013 in Padua
Padua is home to “Notturni d’Arte 2013”: a series of initiatives that present to the public the story of the origins of the ancient civilizations of the Venetians.
Tours led by art historians and experts in the area and enlivened by performances and literary readings will lead visitors to the knowledge of ancient Venetians through the discoveries during the centuries from the ground, still prodigal of surprises, and the most significant places of Roman Padua and Early Christian age.
Among the places included in the 2013 program are the Venetkens Show at the Palazzo della Ragione, the archaeological area of Maldura Palace, the Roman amphitheater, the Museum of archaeological science and art of the Department of Antiquity, University of Padova, the Shrine of st. Prosdocimus in the Basilica of st. Justina, the St. Nicholas Church. Sofia and the Cathedral.
At the closing night on September 1, the Civic Wind Orchestra of Padua organizes a concert at the Castle Carrara.
August 7-11, 2013 in Spinone al Lago (Bergamo) –
Spinone al Lago, in the province of Bergamo, hosts the International Festival of Lake Endine, from 7 to 11 August.
Organizator “Night Under the Stars” was born in 2004 from an idea by Simone Scaburri, the current general manager and artistic director of the event. Thanks to the collaboration of the Municipality of Spinone al Lago and dozens of volunteers of this little pearl of Bergamo, the event has grown dramatically, both in terms of quality and approval of the public,
In 2010, the festival gets a funding under the regional competition aimed at enhancing the integration between European countries; testimony, the latter, the international value reached by the project.
Also in 2010, the festival has been included among the great events of the Province of Bergamo, on a par with events like “Bergamo Scienza” and “Bergamo Jazz”.
July 25-28, 2013 in Caldé (Varese)
Caldé, near Castelveccana, in the province of Varese, is home July 25 to 28 of XVIII Festival of Games and Mathematical Culture.
“All is number” is the traditional appointment for mathematical fun in the beautiful setting of Caldé, not without reason is called the Portofino of Lake Maggiore.
August 30- September 1st in Sarzana (La Spezia)
Sarzana hosts the Festival of the Mind, the first festival in Europe dedicated to creativity and creative processes, design and direction of Giulia Cogoli, promoted by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio della Spezia and the City of Sarzana.
The history of the festival began in 2004 as a project of deepening and cultural sharing, cultivated and grown steadily until today: the event in the past ten years has proposed 650 meetings, involved a total of 500 speakers and more than 4,000 young volunteers, with a successful public more and more. In nine previous editions has recorded some 300,000 visitors, from 12,000 to 42,000 in the first of 2012.
The festival is meant as a crossroads between humanistic and scientific knowledge through intellectual and artistic reflections on the theme of the creative process: between 90 lectures, performances and workshops specially made by some of the most significant thinkers Italians and foreigners.
This year the festival is scheduled from August 30 to September 1. Among the guests there will be Guido Rossi, Toni e Peppe Servillo, Alessandro Bergonzoni, Lella Costa, Stefano Bartezzaghi, Massimo Cacciari.
