Big Blu 2014

From February 12 to 16 the Fiera di Roma hosts Big Blu, the big event that the capital devoted to the sea and all its fans. Big Blu is the reference event for Rome for everything about the nautical culture of all kinds.

Between boats and beach apparel , diving and sailing, Big Blu will try to attract both the general public, always fascinated by the sea, and the industry.

The exhibition consists of seven pavilions will be located 530 boats, and a full program of events, meetings and conferences in which more than 500 journalists were accredited.

The sectors affected by Big Blu are sailing boats, motor , pneumatic , water sports , marine engines , trucks , marinas and related services ; diving activities and related services. And also: insurance and financial services , nautical clothing , accessories and equipment , nautical decor , nautical tourism and charter , sailing schools.

Big Blu is divided into several sub-areas of great interest : for example Subnitaly dedicated to diving and Outdoors Experience, dedicated to outdoor tourism . Do not miss the Fun zones , dedicated to the sporting events. The subscription that allows entry for two days of the show costs 12 Euros .

Golfo dei Poeti Film Festival

From 22 to 24 August 2013 in Lerici (La Spezia)

Lerici hosts “Poets’ Gulf Film Festival”, the International Short Film Competition organized by the Municipality in collaboration with Life Model Agency div. Cinema, Independent Filmmakers addressed to Italian and foreign Associations that have produced short films.

The intent of the “Poets ‘Gulf Film Festival’ is to enhance, promote and disseminate the short film as an art form and language of art by emerging and talented Filmmaker.

The policy of competition is to give greater visibility to the event: for this outdoor screenings take place on location in Rotonda Vassallo Park and Shelley Park, in the beautiful surroundings of the town of Lerici.

The directors of short films that will be present will have the opportunity to discuss their work with the people and with celebrities from the world of cinema.

Rapallo Expo

July 31 to August 4, 2013, in Rapallo (Genoa) –

The charming town of Rapallo hosts an interesting summer event: Rapallo Expo 2013 fourteenth edition, from 31 July to 4 August 2013.

In the center of Rapallo are scheduled events crafts, food and wine, promoting tourism, renewable energy, musical and cultural events.

The Expo will take place between Piazza Garibaldi, Piazza Da Vico, and Vico del Pozzo square, Piazza de Gasperi and via Magenta.

Genoa International Boat Show

2 to 6 October 2013 in Genoa –

Genoa welcomes the traditional appointment with the International Boat Show: 2 to 6 October the Ligurian capital will host the fifty-third edition of the great event.

A concrete rationalization of space will stand more linear in the 2013 edition, to exploit the prestigious setting of the context. The marine of Fiera di Genova also offer the opportunity to test the water with the boats.

The 2012 edition of the Salone showed excellent numbers: 1400 boats on display, 178,000 visitors, over 200,000 square meters of exhibition space, plus 100,000 square feet of water surface.
